Patrick C. Ryan is "Of Counsel" to the law firm of Ryan Bisher Ryan Phillips & Simons.  He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1961 from Central State University and his Juris Doctor in 1969 from Oklahoma City University.  Mr. Ryan has served as General Counsel for the State Insurance Commissioner, Administrator of the Oklahoma Securities Dept. and Administrator of the Oklahoma Dept. of Consumer Affairs.  He is a member of the Oklahoma and American Bar Associations, the Oklahoma Association for Justice and Lawyers for Working Oklahomans.  Mr. Ryan is past Chairman of the Workers' Compensation Section of  the Oklahoma Bar Association.  He has served as an Adjunct Professor to Oklahoma City University School of Law, instructing a course in Workers' Compensation.  He served as a Judge of the Workers' Compensation court from 1978 to1984, and was Presiding Judge of that Court from 1979 to 1984.
