Rick W. Bisher is the son of a construction worker and factory seamstress. As Rick grew up, his father was being pushed up the ladder in his company, eventually becoming Vice-president. He taught Rick to "work hard and always do your best" to achieve your career goals. His father's company moved the family to Guatemala and then to El Salvador, where Rick became fluent in Spanish.

As a result of winning a number of personal injury verdicts and settlements in excess of $1,000,000, Rick was invited to become a member of the Million Dollar and Multimillion Dollar Advocates Forums, which are limited to trial lawyers who have demonstrated exceptional skill, experience, and excellence in advocacy.  Less than 1% of U.S. lawyers are members.  Rick was also nominated as one of only 5% of the lawyers in Oklahoma to be listed in the Oklahoma Super Lawyers Magazine.  The Super Lawyers selection process includes peer nominations, a blue ribbon panel review and independent research of candidates.
